Skin Tags
Skin tags are a common flesh-colored bump or tag found mostly around the neck, underarms, groin or under the breasts. Typically less than a 1/4 inch long, these benign lesions can become irritated and torn off. Sometimes they are numerous and can be of many different sizes in one area. You can clear your body of these bothersome little tags easily and painlessly, usually in just one visit.

Age Spots:
Age spots can occur any where on the skin, but are most bothersome on the face and hands. These spots often appear darker on the hands and face where the sun has worsened their appearance. Damage from sun exposure also appears in these areas and the skin looks blotchy, discolored and even pebbly.
For most age spots, a single treatment with the Medlite C-6 can erase these lesions. Typical healing time is about 3-4 weeks, with mild bruisng. This procedure can feel like a needle poke, and the area will need to be covered with sunblock for 4 weeks. One 10 minute treatment will cover backs of both hands.
More diffuse sun damage will need to be treated with our IPL or "Intense Pulse Light" system. Between 2 and 5 treatments may be needed, and you may have some redness and peeling for a few days. Treatments are usually 2-4 weeks apart. We often advise prescription-strength skin lighteners in addition to procedures to help lighten sun damage and maintain results.
